Our Story

Susan Newkirk is the owner and founder of The Cleaning Edge Solutions.

Susan moved her family to Citrus County in 2019 to assist her parents in their final journey. “I did what I needed to assist them in any way I could and I knew I needed to work in something that had flexibility.” So I decided to see if I could find a few people to clean houses for. Well, I did and then I received more and more accounts to where I knew I had to establish a business and do an amazing job for everyone who hired me. And that is exactly what I did. My cleaning services were the talk of the town among sewing clubs and bible study groups among others. The compliments were nonstop plus the reviews that were left on social media had my phone ringing off the hook. I then became licensed and insured, and have plenty of references. The community truly embraced me.

Today I feel so blessed. I have an amazing team of workers and feel like there is nothing we cannot accomplish. We service residential and commercial clients as well as new construction, real estate, Airbnb and more. I continue to do my best and make sure anyone who represents our business does the same.
